  • What is Private Driver?

    Private Driveris is a company  who will transport you from one european city to the next european city. We also give you the opportunity to explore sights/attractions along the way. We drive, you enjoy.

  • What type of services will be provided?

We provide three mains types of services:

– Door-to-Door Transfers

– Tours

– Disposal Car and Driver

 

  • What type of vehicle will be used?

    We provide two different types of vehicles depending on the number of travelers in your group. For 1-3 pax , a Premium Luxury Car ( Mercedes E Classe, BMW Serie 5 , Audi A6) and for bigger groups of 4 to 7 pax  a Premium Luxury Van ( Mercedes V Classe and  Volkswagen T6 Multivan) . Prices fluctuate accordingly and you can see the exact quote on the cart page. We always ensure that the vehicle provided meets your needs in terms of safety, reliability, and comfort.

  • Is it safe to travel with Private Driver?

    We always screen our drivers for criminal and traffic records, and personally we  inspect the cars for safety, comfort, and reliability. All cars must be less than six years old, in excellent operating condition,  insured for car , driver, passengers and luggage as required by local law. And because our drivers are professional private driver, they’re familiar with the rules and customs of the road. We believe that we  provides a safer and  more relaxing experience for you.

  • What is different between Private Diver and others?

We are a Private Drivers Company with employed drivers and cars owners . We assume  responsibility from the time of booking until the  Drop-Off time . The others are just  some  platforms that connects travelers with drivers who will transport you , and they do that for a comission from what you pay . Another difference is that , they have to find a available driver to transfer you , offen dismissing , so you lose time and you are in insecurity .Our drivers and our cars are always ready to offer you  our services

  • Will our driver speak English ?

    All our drivers speak English as well as their native language (and sometimes additional languages too! like French and Spanish). They’re happy to discuss local history and culture with you, as well as answer any questions you may have. And because they speak the local language, they’re able to provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with natives.

  • What’s included in the price? Are there any additional fees?

    The quoted price is final and there are no additional fees for our services. However, optional third party activities such as tours or attraction fees are not included in the price. Rest assured there will be no surprise or additional fees from Private Driver.

  • Will our luggage fit?

    Each passenger is allowed to have one big luggage (29 x 21 x 11 inches) and one small luggage which shouldn’t exceed 22 x 14 x 9 inches. Please, let us know in case you should have an oversized luggage and we will help you upgrade to a bigger car.

  • Can I book a trip now and add a stop later?

    You can do any changes in your itinerary free of charge until 24 hours before departure. If you need to do a last-minute change less than 24 hours before departure, we’ll do our best to accommodate it (additional fees may apply).

  • Will the driver call me to confirm pick-up?

    Your driver will meet you at the agreed time and place and won’t be contacting you before, unless necessary. You’ll receive a reminder with your driver’s name and mobile number a few days before departure in case you need to contact him or her. Usually, for reasons that concern your security, drivers do not have your personal phone number

  • Where will our driver pick us up?

    Your driver can pick you up at your hotel, apartment, cruise ship dock, train and bus station or any other pick-up point accessible by car. This applies to your drop-off location as well. We provides door-to-door service!

  • I did not find the destination I need to travel to/from on your website, can you still take me there?

    In case your desired route is not listed on our website, please contact from Contact Us page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your custom request – and maybe add it as a regular route!

  • How does booking and payment work?

    Simply choose your route  via All Routes page or take a look at our Door-to-Door Services. Disposal Car and Driver or Tours add to cart  and  from Cart page , press CheckOut , fills the “Billing Details’ and all required boxes ,  then you can choice you category car,  add additional points of interest along the way by following the booking instructions provided on screen. It’s a simple, easy, and fun way to book your next adventure! You can pay in advance via Paypal/credit card , Bank Transfer or directly in cash to driver , following your trip.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip for any reason, simply call or send us an email including you booking number , you route and your name. We understand that travel plans can change and we currently don’t charge a fee for cancellations made up to 24 hours before departure. We will refund you via PayPal within 48 hours after your cancellation.

  • Is gratuity included/expected?

    Gratuity is excluded from the total price and is not a requirement. However, if you’re extremely satisfied with the service, you can reward your driver with an optional tipp (10% is sufficient).

  • Will my sightseeing stop be open?

    We can’t guarantee every attraction will be open for every trip, especially during the off-season. We recommend checking the opening hours in advance, or contact our customer service department if you have any questions about your trip.
